Shipping policy
All orders in the UAE are processed within 2 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. International orders are processed within 7 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping: Rates for UAE ranges between 20 Dhs. to 50 Dhs. depending on where you are located.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait
The listed price for these countries applies to 1 KG packages only. An additional charge of 55 AED will be applied for every extra 1 KG. If any additional charges apply, our customer service team will contact you to adjust the total price. You will also have the option to receive a full refund if you do not accept the updated charge.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dawltistore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
